Perioperative Anaesthesia Fellow | Malawi
Lifebox seeks a motivated and experienced anaesthesia or perioperative healthcare professional to coordinate and support implementation of the Guernsey Capnography Project in Malawi. Working with Lifebox teams, the Ministry of Health, Anaesthesia Associations and participating facilities, the Fellow will focus on device gap assessments, capnograph allocation, provider training, follow-up monitoring, stakeholder coordination and anaesthesia safety research.
The position is open to appropriately qualified physician anaesthesiologists, anaesthesia clinical officers, nurse anaesthetists and other anaesthesia professionals with relevant clinical
and coordination capabilities.
Research Consultant – Clean Cut Scoping Review and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis | Remote
Lifebox seeks an experienced consultant to lead the technical development, implementation, analysis, and reporting of a research study on Clean Cut, its program to reduce surgical site infections in low- and middle-income countries. Working closely with Lifebox’s Clinical and Program Teams and the research manager, the consultant will focus on refining the study methodology and research protocols, identifying data requirements, sources, and gaps, and developing research tools, data collection procedures, and analysis plans.
