Checklist Strategies

The Lifebox Checklist Strategies workshop is a multi-disciplinary workshop that creates space for surgical teams to share and practice strategies to improve effectiveness and adherence to the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist at their facilities. Throughout the workshop, teams analyze existing processes, adapt the Checklist to their setting, undertake teamwork and role-play exercises, and develop strategies to continuously improve Checklist use.
